Things the world will never mention.. no

When the time feels running thin
and I fear my own rejection,
I distrust the thoughts within
merely scared of self reflection.
Will I ever stop depression
or the questions of obsession… no?

Melancholy once again,
my own mind creates prevention.
My heart the lock, but there’s no key
with a soul that’s full of tension.
As I word this vague confession
I reveal sincere affection.
