Imagine holding your hands over your head and gathering up a big ball of energy. Keep gathering up energy like you're making a huge, cosmic snowball. First, put anything you want to let go of into it. Put all of your limiting thoughts and feelings, any sense of struggle, and everything you would like to release. When the ball is as full as it can possibly be, throw it up into the very heart of the universe and see it transform into a beautiful ball of glowing white light. Next, hold your hands out in front of you and create anther cosmic snowball. This time, fill it with love, joy, ease, and all your wishes, dreams, and desires. Pack them all into the ball until it is as full as it can possibly get. Now gently place it in front of your chest and slowly push it into your heart until both your hands are touching your chest.
